When a longer answer is needed or your computer support problem is not straightforward, you can raise a support ticket. Please include as much information as you can, we will use this to fault diagnose the issue. (Only available to registered / existing customers.)

Phone Computer Support

If need an answer fast and cannot wait, we offer a Phone Support service. This is charged per call, per incident regardless of what other subscriptions you have with us. We will advise you if your call is suitable for this service before proceeding.(Only available to registered / existing customers.)

Adhoc Computer Support

Whatever the problem, spyware, viruses, driver issues, software faults – then for a single one off fee we can help. This service is charged per incident, we will advise you of issue suitability before proceeding and what we can and will not fix. (Available to anyone who needs our support.)

E-mail Computer Support

When a simple answer will do, send us your questions via email. Email support is offered free of charge when you subscribe to one of our support packages, but we cannot guarantee response times. (Available to anyone who needs our support.)

On-site Support

If you would like support at your business or want us to support your staff, simply contact us to discuss your requirements.(Available to any business owner who needs our support.)

Remote Support

We can often fix many software related computer problems without even needing to visit you. You simply buy support time in 30 minute, hourly or 2 hourly units and install a small piece of software. Our technician then arranges a suitable time for your remote PC repair session.
